Hello there Shona Linton here and welcome to my blog. Whether you’re into personal development, self achievement or just trying to ‘ make money online ‘ I’ll bet you’ll find a wealth of information and internet know how from me to you, gathered along this great adventure into cyberspace.

I am an optometrist (with over 15 years experience), a qualified complementary therapist (massage, reiki, aromatherapy, reflexology) an EFT practitioner, a scuba and cave diver, a biker chick, meditator, a mum, a perpetual seeker of knowledge and truth. I have travelled the world surfing on highly charged adrenaline soaring to dizzy heights and crashing to all time personal lows. Haven’t we all? Trust me I’ve been there and back and learned all the way.

I found the internet and emailing way back on a jungle horse trek and caving expedition in Mexico, 1998, bizare but true, and was hooked in. What a ride and wave of information .. sometimes overload..but thats ok. I’ve seen the dotcom bubble expand and burst and the new WEB 2.0 evolve like a new consciousness. Man its exciting to be part of…don’t you agree ? So what can we do with it…? Socialise, connect, party and have fun along the way.

I want to really inspire those I meet on (and offline) and bring out the very best within them (and ultimately in me) … a best that some do not dare to dream or know that the potential is always within us. I just want to be me, be free, be relaxed, to have the time to enjoy this journey called life, every step of the way and to enjoy making people feel positive, good about themselves in everything I do.

So … I take a breath and enter the world of the internet and oh my isn’t it fun.
